I spent 17 days in Europe with my family this summer. It's almost the same like I had last year, but this time we were all there. Me, my mother, my beloved brothers, and.. my father. This might be the best holiday I've ever had in my life. And oh, we didn't take the tour, well same like last year. And it was fabulous.

You guys better visit my blog more often. Because I've got tons of pics to share here! Just be patient, and please wait for it ;) You'll see.

Too Late

I know it's too late. But I really want to say "MERRY CHRISTMAS" to all of you guys ;)
Sorry for this total mess. I was too busy with lots of new things. I even.. Forgot that this blog belongs to me.

Well, I just wish you had already had your precious moments this Christmas ;)

Let me tell you a bit about mine.
I went to Puncak with my family, aunts, uncles, grandma, and my cousins. My dad just got a villa to stay in when the capital city seems to be too busy in some particular periods. Yeah so we decided to go there on the 24th, then we were back on the 26th.

It was kinda weird that we played with some fireworks instead of something-more-christmas-y. Yeah it felt like new year. And that's my brother, by the way.

Well that's all about my Christmas.
I thought it'd be a gloomy Christmas before. But man, it's Christmas! There's no such thing as gloomy Christmas. I thank God for everything. I thank God for letting Jesus came to me through the people around me.

We Are (All) The Champions

Well, these are some photos I took in Europe during my stay there. Actually I also recorded some cool videos. Yeah, just wait :)
Like I said before, we can truly feel the spirit of world cup here. People wearing flags around their waist, singing ole ole, screaming for their countries, and all that stuff. Yeah, it's because we're Indonesians and our national team didn't play in world cup.

I was in Germany when they defeated Ghana 1-0, and also England 4-1.

These two here were taken after the match vs England.

Oh, during the exchange program, we also had some spare time that we could spend with our hosts. So we went to the public viewing for the match vs Ghana. The match wasn't very interesting, but.. that day was for Deutschland.

Well, I was traveling around with my mom and brother. So the photo below was taken in Lucerne, Switzerland. Luckily we could still watch football (wherever we want, yea that's serious). The funny thing was that I was supporting Germany and my brother went for Argentina.

And also, that day was for Germany.

Anyway, I bought the shirt in Dusseldorf. Well it should've been Germany vs Argentina that day. Hahaha

Yea I was like.. homesick (a lil' bit) when I was in Europe. The trip was tiring, but it was wonderful. And now, I am missing Europe very bad. I wish to fly back, but that's impossible. Hahahahaha. I just realized how great Europe is. Unfortunately, we also missed the final. We were in the plane -_-

And here, it's The Netherlands. I forgot where it was taken, but it wasn't in Netherlands.

Congratulations, Spain is the champion. But, watching all of the teams struggling, they are (all) the champions, I suppose :) And Germany got the 3rd place, it wasn't bad (Y)

Sunburnt

Here are some pictures in Bali. What surprised me was that I met Tannia in the church haha. There were times when I was homesick. Or when I really missed my friends. Haaaaaa I can't say too much. Let the pictures explain about everything. The days, the weather, the places, the people, the feelings, and etc.

But anyway, my skin was burnt. Hahahaha. It was too hot in Bali, except in Bedugul. Yea but I like the hot weather because I want my skin to be tanned. Hahahahaha.

Bloodstained

I just came back from Pelabuhan Ratu. Wooooh I am sooo tired. My back hurts so much. My eyes feel so heavy. Pain is running through my body. I can feel my heartbeat is getting faster. And, I feel breathless. I am exhausted, seriously.

So we left Jakarta at about 7 and reached Pelabuhan Ratu at about 1 pm. It took a quite long time because we stopped and had our lunch at about 11.30 am.

Pelabuhan Ratu wasn't as nice as I expected. Or maybe it was because I don't really like taking photos in the beach. I didn't see any 'wow' thing from that place. We just sat for a while and had some coffee there. There's nothing special. Nothing I can write about it here.

When we were on our way back from Pelabuhan Ratu, it was a bit traffic on the highway. Then, after a few miles, we saw a broken car and a dying (or dead) man lying next to it. His body was bloodstained, and his face was a bit ruined. It was dark so I couldn't see it clearly. But there was an ambulance there. I was shocked. It was the first time I saw a real accident. I mean, a real accident, with a dying or dead person covered with blood. If I'm not mistaken, I think I also saw his legs broken. Terrible accident.

Anyway, I've just finished reading 'Knife Edge' today. It was quite thrilling. I love it. And yesterday I went to Lippo Karawaci with my family. We visited Times bookstore. So I bought a book there. It's called 'For One More Day', written by Mitch Albom, the author of 'Tuesdays With Morrie'. I just started reading about 30 pages today. It was very nice :)

I think it's enough for today. I need a good sleep.

I Was Homesick

Seriously, I was a bit homesick in Bali. But I really enjoyed flying. I always enjoy flying :)
